1. Who can use WorkHer HQ
WorkHer HQ is a career platform for women in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa and Kenya who are building remote careers. You must be at least 16 years old and register with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account.
2. Courses and certificates
All courses, lessons and quizzes are free. Certificates of completion are a premium perk: you must hold an active premium membership, have completed the course and passed the final exam. To keep things fair, members may claim a maximum of 2 certificates per calendar month. Certificates confirm course completion only — they are not an academic qualification or a guarantee of employment.
3. Premium membership and payments
Premium is paid by manual bank transfer to the account shown on the membership page. Access is unlocked after we verify your transfer, which usually takes a few hours. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future terms. Because access is unlocked immediately after confirmation, membership fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we were unable to deliver the service.
4. Jobs and applications
Job listings are curated from third parties and employers. We do our best to verify them, but WorkHer HQ is not the employer and does not control hiring decisions, salaries or working conditions. Never pay anyone to apply for a job. If a listing looks fraudulent, report it through Help & Support immediately.
5. Community conduct
The Circle is a supportive space. Do not post harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, adult content, or someone else's private information. We may edit, hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice where the risk to members is serious.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — your CV, cover letters, posts and profile. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the platform. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep WorkHer HQ available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed as the platform grows. We will tell you about material changes to these terms through the app.
